Right now

Right now.....

I am tired of winter.
I would give anything for it to be 80 and sunny, and if you know me, that's saying a lot.
Little Bit is crawling all over the place. We need more gates.
Hudson's shedding couldn't get any worse. At least I don't think it could. I vacuum 2-3 times a day and am on the verge of a massive fur-induced breakdown.
I'm counting down the days until we head to Tulsa to see Mister and Mrs.
I miss my husband. He's still here, he just works a lot. I didn't realize when we moved here what a big sacrifice that he would be making by commuting every day.
Emma has a new friend 4 days a week, only she doesn't see it that way. He is an adorable 5 1/2 month old boy.
I'm in serious need of a haircut. It hasn't been cut since May of 2010. Yikes. Can you say split ends?
Love In ACTION is taking off. I'm nervous but excited.
A few people have told me recently that they would find me intimidating if they didn't know me already. Really? I hate that.
I really wish this nasty weather would go away.

10 Months old

Our Little Bit is now 10 Months old! The time is flying by at record speed. The last month has mostly been spent hanging out inside playing while the temperatures outside plummet! The amount of snow we've gotten this winter has been ridiculous. Here are some pictures and facts about Emma Catherine at 10 months.

She weighs a little over 20 pounds. She's 29 inches long. She is STILL wearing a size 2 shoe, such tiny feet for such a big girl! She's jabbering away on a regular basis and is more talkative in the morning than the afternoon. Some of her favorite words are "Dadda" "Dod-dy" (we can't tell if this is Daddy or Doggie), "mama" and "gum". She's recently started clapping her hands, shaking her head from side to side, and clicking her tongue. She is still crawling and scooting backwards but can't seem to get it out of reverse. She's a pretty good eater and has recently tried beets, scrambled eggs, and a little bit of pancake for the first time. All 3 went down without a problem. The eggs were a huge hit. She loves to feed herself and will pretty much shovel in the food as fast as we can put it down on her tray. She's got her two bottom teeth and enjoys munching on whatever she can get her hands on. Unfortunately her bed post now bear some battle scars from her recent discoveries. She continues to be such a happy baby and we love her so much!
