We've made it to 35 weeks! Only 5 more to go. I am determined that this child will NOT be late. This is not an option and if she knows what's good for her, she'll make her appearance sooner rather than later :) For the most part, we're pretty ready. I know that physically, I am ready. We feel a lot more prepared now that we've toured the hospital, know where we are going, and know (approximately) how things will function. I know that we have no real idea of what's to come as far as labor and delivery, much less life with a newborn. I'm not too nervous about labor, but that could change I suppose. Everyone has their own opinion about "natural" childbirth or the use of an epidural. I can't make any promises either way. I'd like to think that I will do the best I can for as long as I can without any drugs, however, I don't know. We'll just have to wait and see. Anyways, I know I am behind in the pictures department, so we'll be posting one soon!

Valentine's Day
For our last Valentine's Day just the 2 of us, we went to a beautiful restaurant called Eddie Merlot's. It was delicious! Matt had crab legs and a baked potato and I had a grilled pork chop smothered in the best bbq sauce and we shared a salad. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives in Fort Wayne!

5 Things About Me Right Now
1. We recently acquired DVR on our cable plan and I am LOVING watching many shows that I usually miss. Plus, I can record shows that Matt doesn't enjoy and watch them while he's at work.
2. HEELLLOOOO Girl Scout Cookies!! Need I say more
3. I am really wanting a major change in my hair. It feels blah to me. I have been wanting to go back to a very dark, almost black color for quite some time. I haven't done anything about it. But I want to.
4. I got a library card! The public library is about 2 miles down the road and I am taking advantage of the free time that I do have to get some reading in. I am taking suggestions for quality reads :)
5. I shoved my fears aside and recently joined a Beth Moore bible study called "Esther: It's Tough Being a Woman" with 30 other women whom I don't know (except for 2). I am VERY glad I did.
